Quotes and scope

Quotes are based on the agreed scope, measurements, and materials at the time of the visit. Any changes to scope, access, or materials may adjust the price and timeline.

Scheduling

Start dates are agreed in advance and may shift due to weather, supply delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will always communicate changes as early as possible.

Payments

Payment terms are confirmed on your quote or invoice. Materials may require a deposit prior to ordering. Final payment is due on completion.

Variations

If you request changes during the project, we will confirm any cost or scheduling impacts before proceeding.

Site access and safety

Please provide clear access to the work area, and keep pets and children away from active work zones. We will keep sites tidy and safe throughout.

Materials and workmanship

We use trusted suppliers and work to a high standard. Natural variations in materials and finishes are expected.

Photos and marketing

We may take photos of completed work for our portfolio. If you prefer we do not use images from your property, just let us know.

Cancellation

Cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered.
